$3500 budget to make a white and black setup

Right now I have a black desk with a black mouse pad, a Razer Deathadder Chroma and a junky keyboard. My 5 year old computer isn't able to keep up with my games so I need a new computer. I decided to go all out and make a bada** setup. I'm a pretty experienced builder, so I've decided to make a custom water loop. Could I do a rigid acrylic loop? Because they look so nice and clean and I'm OK with spending more if I have to. I've done all in one watercooling before, but never a full custom loop. I want to water cool my CPU and GPU too.

As I mentioned above, I want this to be a black and white setup and I was planning on having all black/ gray parts with white tubing. I was thinking about getting the 900D, because it's so big and has so much room, but if there's a better case for this project, then I'm open to ideas.

For the PC parts I was thinking i7-4790k, 16gb RAM, 512gb SSD, 4tb WD Black, GTX 980 and K70 RGB. I'm not sure what motherboard to get or the PSU. Also is it worth getting 2 GTX 980's?

I'm trying to keep ALL of this under $3500, which is why I was leaning away from X99. From what I've seen it's going to cost about $800 for just the water cooling and maybe more for the acrylic tubing. Please give me any information you can about water cooling and/ or the system.

chose the blackwidow chroma to compliment your deathadder

Ok so what if I just did a regular tubing build? I would need to buy white liquid so I could make it pure white, correct?

Sorry, but I despise the Blackwidow. I just hate how it feels.

Also, HOLY CRAP THAT CASE IS EXPENSIVE!! And it doesn't even have a window! I would be spending all this money making a nice setup, and you won't even get to see it!

Is there another motherboard? That one's red and I'm going for a white and black setup. Same with the RAM. I want an all black or grey motherboard. I would even settle with a black motherboard with white highlights.

haha I was looking for a white/black case that is also Full Tower. Is it okay if I ditch a full tower in favour of a mid tower? they do tend to look sexier.

here you go

How am I supposed to fit my loop inside a mid tower? I need a place for the pump and reservoir.... Also I don't mind a big tower, which is why I like the Corsair 900D.

then here you go.

I'm just going to double the RAM and remove the CPU cooler. Then I think it's going to be complete.

The CPU cooler is modular so you can use the rad for your setup.

Enthoo Primo. Best water cooling chasis in my opinion....

and 16 gigs of ram

I like this one better than the other one. It has the (nearly) full black parts that look amazing, and that case looks great. If you recommend it, then I'm going to buy that one.

normal tubing is fine - you can bend it a bit - less fits needed.

Coolant - http://www.xs-pc.com/coolant/

and white (bit hard to find) - http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=301&products_id=28966&zenid=752cd2db3ff506509c9d8d1504fdd53c

I like the look of the Enthoo Series Primo. Is that good for water cooling?

Yep - see http://www.phanteks.com/enthoo-primo.html

"- Extensive water cooling support. Provides up to 5 different installation areas for slim and thick radiators varying from single to quad (120mm and 140mm form factors). Clearance for push-pull fan configurations.
- Innovative liquid cooling mounting systems: radiator brackets for easy installation (bottom and side), cable cover can be transformed into a reservoir bracket with pre-drilled mounting holes and a universal pump bracket with vibration dampening function."

This is what I would do for a budget of $3500:

Use the difference for a nice 4K monitor and whatever peripherals you want. This is also keeping in with the black and white theme that the OP wants. Don't bother with the Cosmos II - it's a nice case, but it's gigantic and heavy. You only need it if you're running a quad SLI setup or some crazy custom liquid cooling solution.
