With that desired parts list, not much to change.

The CPU cooler is way under specced, nor is there any reason for a $99 Evo 212...no where near that price usually. Swapped for a NH-D15. There are cheaper motherboards, but the original choice is also fine.

Swapped the SSD to a PCIe 4.0 device, won't make a huge difference, but at least you will have the performance if it ever becomes necessary.

You will probably want to add some additional case fans.

I drop'd the 4TB spinning disk. I have a SSD I can use already.
I drop'd the 128GB RAM to 64GB's. I have never actually used anywhere close to 64 anyway. I just thought 128 would be cool.
I added a few other extra's that I'll probably need.
I added some fans as well.
