PC Specs:
CPU: Intel i5-7600k (Not overclocked)
Motherboard: MSI Z270 Gaming M3
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB
GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ RX470 4GB (Wasn't overclocked)
PSU: Corsair CX650M

What happen was while I was loading into GTA V Online, my screen went black but the audio was still playing in my headphones. I didn't know what happen so I left it for an hour and it stayed the same. I had to turn off the PC by pressing the button on the case and left it for another hour before turning back on, even then it stayed the same. I tried few helps from googling, I switched to different PCIe slots, change different 8-pin cable, change different DVI/HDMI cable but it stayed the same. My GPU won't output any display, the fan wouldn't spin and only the lights on the GPU lit up. Integrated graphics works fine and when I got into my bios and checked the board explorer, it said that my PCIe slot is empty. I have been using this PC for over 2 years now and I'm not sure which is the problem, could it be that my GPU is dead or the PCIe slot on my mobo is faulty, or that the connection on my PSU is faulty and not outputting power. I don't have another PC to test which is the problem but if I could get a heads up on which could be the main problem then I could probably get those new parts.
