3570k 4.1GHz temps

Hello, I have been overclocking my 3570k and wanted to ask are my temps safe? Im using CM Hyper 212 Evo cooler I have CM storm Enforcer case and P8Z77-V LK MoBo

With prime95 tests the max tempature I reached was 70 Celcius
Also I use autovoltage from bios and the voltage during prime95 was 1.276 and I thought is that too much?

70 degrees celsius is ok if its under full load, if not you might wanna get a better cooler or tone it abit down

Well I can tell you prime95 will use every ounce of cpu usage you have and there are not many games if any that will stay at 100% the whole time like prime95. The cpu adhesives tend to be more efficient over time. my 2500K at 4.3Ghz was sitting at 70C when I did a burn in test on prime95 and a year later it would not go above 65C.

I dont have a 3570k but from a few of the forums I have read they say it should stay below 1.3v

Your suspicion is correct, 1.276v is likely too much for that clock. Try stepping it down manually. 70C isn't too much, but there's no reason to run hotter than you have to.
