Not sure I understand the FPS drop below, is the CPU cycling down? Is it safe to up the vcore voltage past 1.40 to say 1.60, would that help with the higher clock @ 4.3ghz? Prime95 raised the temps well beyond what I'm seeing in game benchmarks so far so temps I assume not too big of a concern given they are around 65C below in total war.

3930K - Triple Screen Surround @ 3072x768 4gb edition GTX-670's SLI
@ 3.2
Prime95 - temps 65C Vcore 1.160
Total War Becnhmark FPS 18.3 and temps 65C vcore < 1.168

@3.8
Prime95 - temps 79C vcore 1.360
Total War Becnhmark FPS 22 and temps 63C vcore < 1.365

@4.3
Prime95 - temps 91C vcore (locked at 1.4 in bios)
Total War Benchmark FPS 18.3 temps 65C vcore 1.4

is my question dumb or does no one really know unless I provide some other info? I know over 1.4 volts not recommended but wondering if it's safe. And how about the decrease in performance at higher oc's what's that about?
