3D Mark score low?

And compared to http://www.3dmark.com/fs/8864359 , My specs seem faster and that gets a better score. What could be causing this?

So many different things, 1st of all that I7 is more powerful because it has HyperThreading so it has 4 cores but works on 8 threads, also higher clock speed AND it's a 300$ part afterall, your i5-6400 is stock clock and 4 cores\4threads an (180$ part), also he is using quad channel ddr3 which has way lower latency than your dual ddr4, and finally on the GPU side of things, both tests have different driver versions reported and the 1070's have different clocks speeds too, so all that combined, honestly your are performing very well and within spec IMO( i have an i5-6500).

Well this is weird, now the score for the other one says "12 727" when before it was something like "15 xxx".

Also agree on that, 3d mark is know to have a few
I assumed like you had the i5 because i saw 12727pts the first time
