Ok I have a 7700k and 1070. I run time spy and the whole time it didn’t go higher then 2.5 FPS. Wtf I got a cpu score of 4609 and my gpu 400 at an overal at 463, what am I doing wrong?

is your monitor hooked up to the card and not the motherboard?

are you monitoring temps?

No I’m new to bench marking, it’s conected to motherboard but I can’t see temps.

That's your issue, the monitor needs to be connected to the graphics card, also make sure you have the newest drivers.
