R7 2700 can be OC to perform on par with R7 2700x while RTX2080 is around 50-60% better in performance than RTX2060.
You can go for 1TB SSD which will cost same as the storage I listed. Storage you can choose as per your requirement.

This is my first PC build, and I want it to be functional for both 1080p - 1440p gaming and also be capable of 3d Modeling. This build is at the higher end of my price point, but I could make arrangements if their is a possibility for a lot more performance for not that much more money.
