Question 3d monitors and 3d modeling?

Just saw something about samsung doing 3d glassless monitors. Would these useful for 3d modeling and cad programs? I wonder if it would work on linux. (I'm aware it says windows 10 and 11.)

you'll see that there's a specific hardware requirement and to add, compatibility across app's/tasks will vary. I went on a trip courtesy of my university back in the day to an architectural school that was sponsored by AutoCAD, they had a 3D setup which ran in a very specific environment. Meaning the OS and internal and external hardware.
