i am looking to buy a pc for Autodesk maya, Realflow, nuke, aftereffects. my budget is $2000-$2500 max. i will be using it mainly for VFX , compositing and motion graphics, lighting.i had a few things in mind
i7-6800k,
asus x99 pro,
cosair vengeance LPX 2400 16gb,
H100i v2,
samsung 850evo 250gb,
3tb wd green,
750w gold fully modular.

do i go for 980ti sli of 1080 single
IF any changes please let me know.
its urgent. help plz plz plz plz plz

  ■ Low profile Coolermaster Gemini II cooler. Not much good for heavy overclocking, but it will keep your CPU cool, it will stay quiet, and the low height guarantees compatibility with almost any case.
  ■ 32GB RAM, can be upgraded up to 128GB.
  ■ 240GB SSD for OS and programs.
  ■ Highly reliable WD Red drive for mass storage.
  ■ Quadro K5000 GPU, best you can get within a reasonable budget. Can put up to 3 of these in the system.
  ■ Case is up to personal preference, pick whatever you like as long as it fits all the parts.

i have a k4000 does not work that as per my requierments. it does help when i do long renders like 30+ days.ill take your suggestion for the rest of pc parts. thank you so much.

You can always mix GeForce and Quadro cards, keep the K4000 for when it helps and use the GeForce card when it's better. For the price of the K5000 you can get a Titan X which will be very good on account of its processing power and massive VRAM.
