Guys.. i wanna knw.. that what was the best rig for fume fx and thinking particle.. is there a need to change my graphics card. or CPU? ... Bcz i am totaally shattered with the work flow.. cuz after every single frame it take lots of time in Fume fx as well as on thinking particle.. how to accelerate my work flow.. Does simulation is based on CPU or GPU ??

I did a bit of googling, and it seems fume FX uses CPU, not GPU.

Enable CUDA accelleration where possible to use your GTX 970, but you may want to grab a i7 3770/Xeon 1230/1231 v2 to put in your motherboard to get better performance in the CPU based operations.
