[SOLVED] 3rd PC Build?

Usually like to build my own computers but had a deal that would make building it myself foolish. LMK what you guys think. (Gonna use it for Gaming, Streaming, and Editing, all the basics things nowadays lol)
Processor- Intel® Core™ i7-9700KF Processor
Processor Cooling- Corsair Hydro Series H55 120mm Liquid Cooling System
Memory- 16 GB [8 GB x2] DDR4-3200 Memory Module - Corsair Vengeance-LPX
Video Card- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER - 8GB GDDR6
Motherboard- ASUS PRIME Z390-P
Power Supply- 850 Watt - Standard 80 PLUS Gold
SSD- 500 GB WD Blue SSD
HDD- 2 TB Hard Drive -- 256MB Cache, 7200RPM,

What's the model of the PSU and how much are they giving it to you for?

I'm actually not sure, I think its one of there PSU's but I might pay an extra $30 for a Corsair 850W. Price was $1550

Why the hell are people pairing 120mm AIOs with 8-core cpus...

Gaming:
Streaming: You'll most likely be using NVENC(gpu). The 9700K(F) only has 8 threads, and the results will be found a bit lacking if you want to stream via the cpu.
Editing: 👌

That cooler needs to go though. That's not going to stay cool once you start working up over 50% of the cpu.
I say that because 120mm is only really efficient on pure quad cores or less.
