Have you tried reformatting the drive to a partition?
Was this taken from an external enclosure?

What MB do you have?
  1. I think
  2. Yes, it was taken from an external drive that my uncle gave me.
  3. I dont know exactly what mobo it is, but i know that its made by the republic of gamers and has an LGA1151 socket

The USB-SATA bridge firmware in Seagate's external drives is configured for a sector size of 4KB. When you remove the HDD from such an enclosure and attach it to a SATA port in your computer, you expose the drive's native 512e sectoring. This renders your data inaccessible. The reported capacity also changes by a factor of 8 (= 4096 / 512).

So 3TB / 8 = 349.2 GiB
