3TB HDD sounds too loud?

Let me explain. After my pc was finally build by an expert, the first day it was turned on and everything the HDD started to sound loud, whenever I was downloading something or when the HDD was being used. I don't know if is because it is an 3TB HDD which is a lot, but I just want to know if this is fine. I don't care about how hard it sounds, I just want to know if my HDD is okay. I don't even use 1TB in games, I just wanted a lot of storage. xD The sound is like a crunching sound or I don't know because my English is kinda bad. What you guys say?

Go to the hard drive maker web site and download their diagnostic tool.
See if they say anything.

Hard drives will vibrate a bit because of actuator movement.
In a case, if the drive is not mounted well, it can intensify the noise.
