Why does this only show as 1.99tb when it is a 3tb drive and how do I change it to use the whole 3tb please? It is a newly unused installed HDD.

The 60gb SDD has nothing on it. It did have a system reserve but I deleted this in disk management - was this the right thing to do?

Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

Chances are your 3TB drive needs converted from MBR to GPT.

As for the SSD this is normal. You will always be missing a few GB due to over-provisioning.

If Windows is installed to the SSD you shouldn't delete the System reserve partition. It holds the BCD and I doubt your system will boot without it. You might have to boot from a Windows DVD and run Startup Repair to fix this.
