3x 140 instead of 1x420

I'm thinking about watercooling... I have a define s, which won't allow me to fit a 420 radiator in the front, but it does have 440mm space, so 3x 140mm fans easily fit. Then I got an idea, which is; 3 x a 140mm radiator in the front, at a 90 degree angle, so the in and outlet is on the side. I found the NexXxoS ST30 140mm, this will fit if I put three above each other. I want them in the front because I want to leave the moduvents closed. Are there any disadvantages?

I'm assuming this will be enough to cool the cpu and later on a single gpu?

Most likely. What CPU and GPU? A 3x140 would be roughly same in overall volume as a 480 (4x120) rad, but that's me just guessing in my brain.

The ST30 rads are only 30mm thick, so they're at the thinner scale of most radiators today. You will want good 140's setup in pull to intake cool air.

I have 3x fractal HP 14 pwm fans, which are static pressure fans. I think these would be good enough for the job.

I looked for thicker rads but they tend to be to wide. Max is 140mm wide.

Gpu I don't know yet, cpu is an i5 3570k, at the moment @4.5ghz
