I have had 2x monitors for a long time. 1@ 4K and 1@ 1440p. I recently hooked up a third @ 1080p monitor. All using Display Port.
The third one worked for a couple days. Then after my computer sat all night, like it usually does, with the screen locked and the the monitors asleep, the third monitor would not show any display. I've swapped for a different DP cable. I have not tried HDMI simply because I don't have an extra one at the moment.
I'm currently using my EVGA GTX 1070 SC instead of my 1080 Ti SC2 in the system in my sig. I've switched to High Performance mode in Windows and in Nvidia Control Panel, but that has not fixed anything
Why would it work for a couple days and then stop?
