4.1 gb hardware reserved ram and pc fails to post

Moved my pc to a new location when I turned it on it had 4.1 gb hardware reserved memory. I switched the ram around and now my pc fails to post. Switched it back, tried one at a time, tried different ram and still fails to post.

Specs:
Athlon x4 760k cpu
Zotac gtx 1060 amp! gpu
Two sticks of 4 gb Kingston hyperx 1866mhz ram
Asus a55bm-a/m32bf motherboard

How is it failing to post?

Clear the CMOS. If you aren't sure how, just pull up the manual for your motherboard and it'll have instructions on how to do so.

my pc is now on and working but still 4.1 gb ram is hardware reserved

What version BIOS are you on?
Also what version of Windows are you on and is it 32bit or 64bit.

i recently updated my bios to the latest one available for my motherboard
im on windows 10 64bit

At the moment I have one thing for you to try. Swap the RAM into the opposite slots.

I'll do some more digging, see if I can't come up with anything. Also, can you get me the model/serial number of your RAM sticks?
