Question 4+4 GB Ram Only 3.96 GB usable

Hi,
I'm having some problem with my computer that is my windows 10 isnt showing full 8 gigs of ram on Task Manager. Hardware reserved is 4 GB
And only 4 GB usable.
Tried to untick in boot option but nothing happened.
Still showing 3.96 GB
What to do?

Have you mixed RAM modules?
Have you got them running in dual channel?

You might have 64 bit windows or your IGPU is using that ram

This will tell you what your windows 10 version is.

Yes I have 64 Bit and i have searched a lot in google for fixing this memory problem and no luck I don't have integrated graphics and also in peripherals section in bios internal graphics is not showing.
I have tried to fix this in registry editor
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management
and set ClearPageFileAtShutdown value to 1 but no luck either

Both are compaible and running at 1600mhz
