4/5 of my screen is blurry?

So within the last week, I have noticed that text is noticeably blurrier on the right side of my monitor.

Things I have done recently:
- Downloaded the new Win10 update
- Downloaded Nvidia Vampyr driver

Things I have tried to remedy the situation:
- Checked all settings in Nvidia CP
- Launched in safe mode, ran Display Driver Uninstaller and re-installed drivers
- Rolled back my Win10 update
- Played around with ClearType

I have an ASUS ROG PG278Q 1440p monitor. Please don't tell me it's going bad... I'm trying to upgrade my PC, not my monitor :(

I will literally try anything you guys recommend that could help. I've looked online for the issue and other have been having the issue as well, but with newer monitors and eventually RMA'd theirs. I bought mine in 2015 so that's not an option unfortunately.

Something to note: I can literally drag a window over to my left side and the text clears up. Also, games are good as far as I can tell.

I've also attached a screenshot to show you.

It helps to focus on the bookmarks bar. Look at the difference of "Reddit" and "Figeroo's Bundesliga" in the first picture. Reddit is nice and crisp, but the other looks oddly boldened and blocky/choppy. If I move the tab over to the left, you can see it gets clearer.

I can't believe all the people trying to look at a screenshot for this XD If the problem is with the monitor than a screenshot will not show it - indeed I see no blurring at all on either picture. Screenshot captures the raw pixel data directly, if there was corruption in that data then yes we would see it but it looks like this is something specific to your monitor. A good photo of the screen how you see it may help more?

I also just noticed that those are screenshots (as opposed to photographs)... Could be that a layer on that side of the monitor is separating from one below and causing blurriness. Would explain why in the screenshots we see nothing wrong and the OP is seeing the burring. D Tom, can you provide a photo of your screen showing the burring?

Here are the pictures, taken off my phone, that you guys are requesting. The first one has my settings tab pulled to the left, and the font is how it should be. The second picture is the same screen, but on my right side. Clearly blurry/uneven. I am also noticing now that my screen "pulses" and seems to always have a little movement to it. A video will be the third attachment. This pulsing goes away when I make my refresh rate 60hz instead of 144. I just found that last part out. However, it still does not fix my text issue.
