4 GB RAM and only 3.12 USED

If you are using an igpu it's going to take away from usable system ram.

WOW, I havent seen a desktop cpu that slow in what... 15 years?? A miracle Win10 runs on it.

I thought my mums E4300 (2.66GHz), was slow.

As above probably reserved for the onboard gfx. Although some board of this era allowed a descrete gfx card to also use some system RAM to boost the little it came with.

i dont even know what igpu means , i want to use full 4gb ram ,can you advice me anything to do with it?will it help? if i install another windows version? or what i need to do to use 4gb fully

The boards bios may let you set how much ram is allocated to the igpu.

Some BIOS allow you to select from a fixed number of RAM options; just remember, the less RAM you let the igpu use, the worse games will run, if they still run at all.
