Looking to get the msi b350 PC mate, I have 2 4gb ram sticks from current build. Am I able to buy 2 new 4 gb sticks of the same brand and use them as well as the old ones on that motherboard?

Yes if all four sticks all have matching specs.

If your old ram modules are DDR3, than no. You won't be able to use them on B350 motherboard.

Current sticks are ddr4, so all should be well judging off what you guys have told me thank you!

Mixing even 2 kits of 2x4gb of the same make and model are not guaranteed to work without issue. Usually it is ok but you could have issues especially as this is a Ryzen setup which are a little more fussy with RAM.
