4 USB Port Front I/O

I am looking for any and all PC cases with 4 USB slots in the front I/O any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have yet to see one to my knowledge, but you can get front/rear panel usb expansion slots.

The Cooler Master HAF XM had them but it is unfortunately out of production.

My CoolerMaster 690 II Adv has 2x usb2 and 2x usb3 ports on front i/o, but I also added a pcie x1 usb3 SD card reader that has 4x usb3 ports on a 5.25 drive slot.

hope ur sure about the number od usb ports that ur mobo can produce..

like i have 4 usb io ports in my case but i cant use them coz i dont have extra usb slots in mobo.

With mobos having both 2.0 and 3.0 headers having 4 front usb ports makes sense. Considering that most mobos have 2-3 USB 2.0 headers.

Most better mobo's will have at least 4x usb2 headers and 1x usb3 headers. A single header will support 2x ports. Budget cases are designed with budget mobo's in mind, that may only have 3x usb2 and 1x usb3 total headers, that means 5 rear/1 front usb2 and 1 rear/1 front usb3.
