Looking to build a $400 computer for my girlfriend

The only game she play's is generally minecraft and runescape.

The main reason i want to get it is for her drawing with her Bamboo Tablet, She uses photoshop thats the only program.

I know its a small budget but id be grateful for anyone that can help me :)

Solution

I would swap that motherboard with either an Asus or Gigabyte, as it has a history of actual fires with that CPU.

This build should run both games well, as well as photoshop.

You still need a case and optical drive XD!

Also, you must be using rebates because that build is showing up as $423.90 in my pcpartpicker.

Fixed, and yeah, but its an example though.

If it needs to be cheaper just get 4GB RAM instead.
