[SOLVED] 4000mhz cl18 or 4133mhz cl19 for gaming?

Price is the same in my country so which one is better for gaming?
Gskill Tridentz rgb F4-4000C18D-16GTZR (cas time is 9.0) or Gskill Tridentz rgb F4-4133C19D-16GTZR (cas time is 9.19) which one would be better for gaming especially for Pubg? i will use it with i5 9600k and asus z390-i mini itx motherboard. keep in mind im aiming for highest possible fps/refresh rate so even the slight difference is important i think

Can you explain a little bit? in motherboard specifications it says it supports 4400 mhz so why wouldn't i be able to reach that speed?

Still lets assume in a perfect world i can reach that speed for both of the rams which one is better? because one of them has slightly faster cas speed and other has slightly faster frequency
