$400CDN Budget To Upgrade CPU, MOBO, RAM

I am in need of some help in regards to upgrading my PC. Usually my friend would help but he is no longer with us. My PC is 5 years old and well I just need to upgrade, it's starting to just get silly lol. I will mostly be using it for gaming and some browsing.

CPU: Amd Athlon II X2 250
MOBO: ASUSTek M3A78-CM
RAM: Kingston PC2-6400 2x2GB
GPU: Radeon HD 5770
PSU: I really have no idea
Case: CM Storm Scout

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

What sort of gaming. I class LoL and Path of Exile as games. These however need very little in the way of hardware.

Also can you take the side off your computer and get the model of your PSU.

That would be one of the best combos you can get for 400 CDN, without having to get a lower-end motherboard or some poo.

Also +1 for the RAM. 2133 with a CAS latency on 9 that is some good poo.
