400w psu on a dell gx260 case

Hello everyone
I have recently got from a friend a dell gx260 small desktop, since its a good looking case I was thinking to turn it into a htpc for the living room using a micro atx fm2 m/b and an A4,or A6 amd CPU with integrated GPU
My problem is that I don't know what psu to use since I can't seem to find info on psu sizes so any help on this subject will be much appreciated

the approximate dimensions of the original psu are 28.5x10.5x4.5 cm or in inches 11.22x4.13x1.77

but i am not looking to upgrade the cpu i know its a waste of time i want to keep only the case and install new (current) mb and cpu
