Question BSOD when HDMI arc Soundbar connected

Hi Guys ,

So my setup as follow Pc Connected two monitors via DP And to tv via hdmi fiber optic cable - I have noticied that if i power on my tv while my tv have hdmi arc soundbar connected sometime my pc will freeze then get DPC WatchDog Violation - i have attached bsod

Any error codes, warnings, or even informational events being captured in Reliability History/Monitor and/or Event Viewer?

Look for any that appear just after the times the TV was powered on.

Also check the electrical connections. Look for a loop therein.

Device A connected to Device B connected to Device C connected to Device D connected to Device A again.

Make a sketch showing all devices and all cable connections. If a loop is found then disconnect a device to "break the loop" and determine if the problem ends.

Just actually noticied also another werid thing if ps5 is connected to tv and ps5 is shutdown my entire pc crashed and rebooted - so here is my connection diagram --- PC Connects 2 DP port to two monitors and hdmi toLG OLED55C9PVA - and from tv 1 connection in hdmi arc port to soundbar sony ht-s100f and other hdmi port to pc - i am using also surge protector on all devices so i cant figure it out maybe its tv issue or something with arc?
