Question "403 Forbidden" error message ?

In the last few weeks, in InboxDollars and ID.me, I have come across the "403 Forbidden" error message and I can't seem to figure out why. I have a laptop running Windows 10.

malware scan your system? try other browser? try without any extension?

That error message means that you are at a website or website page to which you are not allowed access.

That access restriction can be imposed at any number of places: host computer, local network router, website...

What you need to do is to work with the applicable administrators involved at all levels to provide or otherwise correct your access rights.
