Question 4060 mobile no DSR settings

i have 4060 nvidia GPU mobile on my laptop and i have no DSR settings in nvidia panel.. is htere anyway i can upscale by other means in all games because i only have 1080monitor on the laptop

DSR doesn't work on the laptop's internal display because it's not connected to it directly, so it has no way of knowing what kind of monitor its working with. It should work when you connect an external monitor to one of the output ports.
