Question 4090 GPU Block, high temps

I'm trying to fully water cool my system (i9 14900K and Zotac 4090 Amp Extreme). I've got an EK Pro WB CPU Block and a budget Barrow GPU plate, which had some decent reviews. I also scored a sweet deal on an Alphacool core distribution plate 360MM with a VPP Apex pump and two 360MM radiators, which are inter connected in series.

Initially, I made a rookie mistake by reusing the thermal pads from my AMP Extreme card. Needless to say, my first run was a disaster - GPU temps hit 90C! The pads were too thick and not meant for the block, so it wasn't making contact with the card.

For my second run, I swapped out the thermal pads for ones specifically designed for the GPU block. Temps dropped, but they're still higher than I'd like - around 70s. I'm worried and looking for advice on how to optimize my setup.

I am uploading some pictures for reference, as well as the flow pattern of the distribution plate, some help would be highly appreciated to fix the temperature issues of my card as it was performing better with fan stock cooler

Not even sure what I'm looking at! What is your flow direction? What about fan direction?

It looks like the clear tube on the top is kinked. That will definitely hinder the flow rate!
Thanks for responding, do you think. I should connect the kinked tubed with two 45° degree angled fittings. Sorry i forgot to upload the distribution plate's flowchart, i hope it gives more clarity
