I'm currently thinking about posting a friend of mine a GTX 1060 6GB GPU. His current GPU is a GTX 960 and it isn't really cutting it for him. My issue is whether his current set up will support it and I'm concerned about spending the money to post it to a different country only for it to be useless when it gets there.
He has a pretty weird set up that he bought for cheap and I'm not necessarily familiar with any of the parts enough to know whether its a good idea.
his current setup is
intel i5-2400 @ 3,10GHZ
gigabyte H6 IM-D2-B3 motherboard
8gb ram
GTX 960
Cooler Master Thermal Master 420W OEM PSU
As it is this setup works fine but as I mentioned, the 960 isn't cutting it anymore
