And i'm gonna buy a gpu in the next 2 - 3 months

so guys which build i should get ? or is there anyone have another build info in the same price range?

You should be able to get an ASRock z68 mobo for $85-$95 which would be much better. The 6770 on the VC. The i3 would be the better value at this price level.

ASRock z68 is more expensive here, ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 Motherboard = 158$
ASRock Z68 Pro3 Motherboard and Pro-M = 140$, And i think that the Z68 chipset is for overclocking along with the "K" Processors. so what should get?! i3 2100 with h16 asrock and ati 6770 or i5 2500 with h1 gigabyte motherboard and use my old vga 9600gt for the next 2-3 months and then buy a new one ?

I'd say use the i5 2400 , or 2500
a Z68 mb fr the added features

and drop the graphics card to cover the extra mb cost

if you are not gaming you dont need a gaming graphics card . The processor graphics will work fine .

Z68 lets you use a graphics card , and the quick sync encoding ability of the i5 .
If you install a graphics card in an H61 mb it loses this ability .

Z68 also lets you use smart cache where you can use a very small SSD and get almost all the benefits of having a full size and expensive boot SSD . At some time in the future adding that cache drive will transform the responsiveness of your computer .

And you still dont need a gaming graphics card if you are not gaming .

I think i'm gonna go with this setup.

I just finished up with a budget build for my son using an i3-2100 and opted for this mobo:

13-157-230 MB ASROCK|P67 PRO3 (B3) P67 LGA1155 1 $89.99 $89.99

While you do lose a bit of functionality in regards to the SSD options of the Z68 boards mentioned below a P67 board still has a nice upgrade path, allows you to overclock if you opt for a K series processor, and has a decent amount of options (note that the board I listed above does not support SLI though if you have that in mind). He plans to upgrade to either an i5-2500k or possibly an ivy bridge in the summer depending on price/performance at that time and how much money he can save up by then.

This is good I would go for this, it suits your needs as listed well...

The people of this thread need to read the OP's first post...

most to least important lists gaming first..... so you're telling him to drop his graphics card and gain functionality from the z68 which he will never use or care about?

Go for this build, it will be a good computer, you will be able to game, and it's a very good cpu.
