Hi! I am between buying a ps4 or a gaming pc. I just want the tower. I dont need an OS. i would be ok if it runs games like bf4 at 60 fps on medium settings and 720p. If you have some money left in the build, i would love if you include a headset or a keyboard/mouse. But this is not necessary at all.

I think if you are just as happy with either a PS 4 or a gaming PC, you should go with the PS 4. You will always have max graphics with the PS 4 and the games will only get better looking and more intense over time on it. On the other hand as you note you'd be looking at medium settings on a game like BF4 right off the bat, and you would need a GPU upgrade within a couple of years to be able to maintain medium settings on games coming out.

Well with a budget like that you can definitely get what you want. There are plenty of youtube videos on this price rang. Now I want to let you know you NEED an os to do anything with the computer, however if you already have one you're fine. Heres what I would go with

edit: My prices are always without Mail In Rebates (MIRs), since people don't want them or don't care about them.
So if you want to use them too, the final price will be far lower...
