I quickly put together a list of really good parts. If anyone who comments wants to change it then they do as it may not be the best. The GTX1060 is Awful nowadays and the I5 9600k is too pricey for your budget. You are better off with an AMD CPU. You can pick up a 1TB HDD for very cheap so just find any good HDD online somewhere. And the Case is your preference. What Size do you want your pc to be, it might change the motherboard
