Question 450 USD to spend on certain components what should I get?

So I am getting a AMD Ryzen 7 3800X a GeForce RTX 3090, 4 8GB sticks of ram . I have 450 USD to spend and I need a PC case, motherboard and cooling system and power supply. What should I get for those?

I would like the cooling system and motherboard tied for first. Power supply second. The case third I would like a big enough case to store everything and is there is enough left RGB. I actually don't need a video card. MAKE SURE MOTHERBOARD IS COMPATIPLE WITH NIVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090. AND MAKE SURE THERE IS ENOUGH WATTS IN THE POWER SUPPLY
