I currently have i3 9100f and rx 460 with 450w psu. Im trying tk upgrafe my vcard to rx 580 4gb is it ok if i only have 450w for rx 580?

Whats the power supply make and model? If its a decent one you should be fine, its its a no name china fire hazard quality brand then I wouldnt.

I wouldn't risk the build for that PSU. That PSU doesn't have 80 PLUS Certification.
They only say efficiency up to 80%. and also the RX 580 4GB required at least 500W PSU.

Delivers 384 watts on combined +12 volt rails. No 80+ cert. Lower quality model with limited protections. You're upgrading from a 75 watt video card to 185 watts. I'd upgrade to something better quality in 550 watt range. A Corsair CX550 could do the job for a budget model. The Corsair RM550x would be even better.

Buy a new psu. That 450w psu can only deliver 384w on the 12v rails so really it should be thought of a as low quality 400w and not 450w. It is not suitable for any gaming pc.
