45NM Compatibility

So I've been out of it for the last few weeks and haven't kept up with motherboards and the 45NM battle. Do we have any good X38/48, 780I boards that aren't $200 +, or higher in price? Seeing as Duo 45's are supposed to pop out at the end of of the month according to Intel IDF, I would think we could get some leveled prices on boards.

If you can wait a little while, the prices usually drop after the initial rush. Let the early adopters pay extra for the debugging process.
