The CPU won't sustain the 3.8Ghz. Think of it as like a shot of nitrous oxide in a car. Upvote 0 Downvote

P patrick68794 Reputable Mar 27, 2014 3 0 4,510 Mar 27, 2014 #3 yeah i know 3.4 is the base speed but it's showing the actual turbo speed as 3.4 in the bios now. Before it was right and showed 3.8. Also CPUZ is showing the max multiplier as 34 now instead of 38 like it was before this started Upvote 0 Downvote
