Hey!
I wanna upgrade my pc!
Components now:
Gigabyte Gtx 970 gaming g1
Gigabyte ga-78lmt usb 3 rev4.1
Amd8320
Cpu fan: noctua nhd15

New system:
Same gpu
I5 4690k
Ga-z97x-gaming 5

Is this good?
Do you have any other?
Sry i have not the best english

Yes, very nice build. Good looking board. Cant say enough about Gigabytes design.
personally id go with Skylake and a Z170 board. expensive as it is, we cannot deny it is a superior platform in everyway. And the Bus(BCLK now) ocing is back

Food For thought.
Generally Z87 and Z97 boards consume less power than their Z77 predecessor, The likeliness of finding a M-ATX(uMATX) or ITX form factor MB than has all the features and performs very well is fair. FOr Z77 i can recall one ITX board , the asus P8z77-I . I guess im trying to say go for a smaller sleeker sexier build. Maybe water cool if the case is right. If you know what you want maybe shop backwards starting with the Case. Aesthetics are the most important part of any build.

Thank you for all the help.
I think im going for the 4690k
Because i also have to buy ddr4 amd thats to expensive for me...

Sub question: what do you think of hyperx cloud 2 as a gaming (csgo) headset?

Very nice. Id be comparing with which ever model it replaced or in some products which model it is a re-brand of. In this case looking at the hyperx cloud and hyperx cloud 2 the specs are the same in many areas so Looks like they did not nerf it at least.

the impedance rating remains the same at 60 Ω (ohm) on the headset which is close to the 64 ohm rating on my headphones(ATH M30).No need for a sound card but may not be suitable with many phones or ipods.
Btw i dont know jack about audio. no pun intended. at first.

So today i orderd:

I5 6600k
Asus rog maximus 8 (viii) ranger
16gb (2x8) 2133 Corsair ram ddr4

After a long talk me and a friend decided that it is way better to get the newest system becaus i will be able to upgrade this in the future...

What do you think?
