I would like to ask which is the cheapest graphic card with 4gb DDR5 and two HDMI connectors I could get.

For what purpose? 4 GB is not a class of performance.

If I had to guess it would be one of the rx 570 cards, as two hdmi ports are kind of rare on any lesser card I can think of.

Why do you need the graphics card? Specifically why 4GB? If it's for gaming it's not going to be worth it.
