4GB RAM 3.2 Available?

I just found out that i only had 3.2GB ram available. Can anyone help me solve this I have a A6-6400k proccessor with AMD Radeon HD 8470D integrated graphics, My motherboard is a ASUS A55BM-A. plz help

Depends on the game, be better off with 8GB and relatively fast, the GPU will have more RAM to work with and APUs (thei iGPU inside) like faste DRAM

What memory capacity your missing is actually allocated for hardware. It's not missing just not available for programs etc to use. This is normal. The only way that it would effect your games is if you run out of available memory and the system starts using the virtual memory. That's when it will severely impact your speed. If you notice that you have a lot of drive usage during (not during loading) your probably using the virtual memory. I agree with Tradesman1 8gb of fast memory will serve you better in gaming (depending on the game).
