Question 4k at 60hz

Hello,

I'm thinking of getting a Intel NUC 8i3BEH. The processor only does 4k 30hz on HDMI but 60hz on USB C DP

I only have HDMI on the screen. Am I right thinking I can't convert USB C DP to HDMI.

If I buy a screen with DP will this work?

Why do you need 4k @ 60fps for a NUC?
