So I'm only have 1080p monitor right now...and since I love to collect TV series (download offline from Netflix (not using netflix in built donwload but download straight to my HDD so I can see it with VLC or other Mp4 player)...with the help of 3rd party software) it can kill storage space quickly...for comparison 1 Tv Series with 78 Episode at 1080p resolution takes up around 130 GB storage space...right now I can handle this with 16 TB HDD....but anyone know what's the size of 40 mins content space in 4K? for 1080p 40 Min can take around 1.2-1.5 GB on average

Solution
This is when you get a 4 or 8 bay NAS, and start filling it up with large drives.

Currently, I have 50TB space available. If needed, I could easily double or triple that.
(But I don't need, so...)
