Currently none, since Xbox one x only support freesync over HDMI 2.1, and such a TV, let alone a monitor, do not exist yet.
Nah you're dead wrong. If you don't know what you're talking about, don't comment. In 2016, AMD aims to make smooth PC gaming even more accessible with a unique extension that enables Radeon FreeSync™ over HDMI®. Through close technical collaboration with Acer, LG, and Samsung, a growing range of new monitors are already compatible with FreeSync™ over HDMI®.

No one said FreeSync isn't supported over HDMI, the question is whether FreeSync is supported on the Xbox One X. We know so far that it supports FreeSync 2 over HDMI 2.1, there has not been any mention (though I haven't checked extensively) about whether it will also work with original FreeSync over HDMI on existing monitors.
It should also be noted that support for FreeSync over HDMI is not universal, just because a monitor supports FreeSync and has an HDMI port doesn't mean FreeSync will work over HDMI. The monitor must specifically support it. Most monitors only support FreeSync over DisplayPort.

Curious what my options are. I've been eyeing the LG 24UD58-B for its nice specs and great price but it only supports free-sync via DisplayPort. Would a hdmi to DisplayPort cable work for free-sync? If not, what are some of my options? Thanks.
A DisplayPort to HDMI cable will connect a DisplayPort source to an HDMI display, it will
not connect an HDMI source to a DisplayPort display. If the Xbox One X supports FreeSync over HDMI on existing monitors (unsure), then you will need a monitor that supports FreeSync over HDMI. There is no possible way to make it work on monitors that only support FreeSync through DisplayPort.
