4K Monitor Help

I'm looking for a 4K Monitor to play my competitive games on since 4K looks so good and I have the rig to be able to do it but I am struggling to find a 24 inch 4K monitor that has a 1ms response time. I do not want anything above 24 inches as I sit quite close to my monitors. Does anyone know where I can find a monitor with the specs I am looking for?

can you list your rig? 4k 60 FPS is not the best gaming experience, and 24" is too small for 4k. Budget? Which country?

1440p 144hz is better gaming experience compared to 4k 60 hz. However, you should visit a shop and see for yourself I recommend
