[SOLVED] 4K monitor with highest refresh rate under 400€

Hi, I'm looking for a monitor that supports 4K UHD, between 25" and 32" (preferably around 27-28) and curved if possible. Besides that I have no more requirements but would be great if the refresh rate were over 100MHz. I have around 400€ and live in Spain.
