4k movies only build question

Good afternoon.
I am building a system for my father to play only 4k movies at the most.
I was wondering if this set up should get him threw the next 5 years at least for 4k.
I'm trying to go cheap .

Will all these work together or did I mess something up or can I go smaller on some parts ?

That motherboard does not support DDR2 RAM, it takes DDR4 only and might do well to have 8GB. Looks pretty good other than that for HTPC use.

I would suggest a 7200RPM HDD or an SSD as well
