(Please apologize for my approximative english (-: )

Hi,

My file explorer on windows was freezing and had weird behaviour so i decided to reset my computer configuration.
I reinstalled Windows 11 Home that fixed my explorer issue.

But since ive done that, my display settings went wrong.
I have a Wacom tablet that normally displays 4K with DisplayPort. It was working fine until this reinstallation.

In my display settings, the tablet display resolution is set to 1920 x 1080 and when i try ton change it,
sometimes it propose me to go to a maximum 2K (recommended) and when i do that, my tablet get no signal forcing me to go back to HD,
and sometimes recommended resolution is simply caped on 1920 x1080.

I tried to reinstall graphic drivers, motherboard drivers, i reinstalled windows twice but nothing changes. It seems that my display resolution is capted at HD.
I had no problems of that type before windows reinstallation so i think its not and hardware issue.

In fact, it's like my computer display settings act the same with or without NVIDIA pilots....

My PC is a mini desktop setup that I bought to a friend who build him itself. He's a programmer and i don't know how he configured it at start.
It was the first time i tried to reinstall Windows on it is possible that it miss some essential software or drivers that have to be installed manually, but i have no idea of what.

Can someone help me to fix this annoying mess ?

Please tell my if some you need more informations !

Thanks !!

If you right click an empty area of the desktop a menu should appear.

Within that menu is a choice "Show more options". Select that choice.

Do you see the Nvidia Control Panel listed?

If so then click and check the Nvidia Control Panel configuration settings.

Yes it has it's own drivers and i tried uninstall them and reinstall them with no changes at all... I'm pretty sure the problem does not come from the tablet but with the display port or graphic card.
