4K upgrade, display port 1.3 wait time?

I'm planning on upgrading to a 4k display here soon.
One of the Samsung 28" monitors looked really promising until a realized that a new port type would allow 4k to work at 120hz rather than the standard 60hz.
The benefits that come with display port 1.3 look amazing but there doesn't appear to be any monitors available with that feature yet.
Can anyone anticipate when we'll start seeing new displays come out with that feature?
It looks like it was made available in mid September.

I cant help much on the speculations, seeing as they change all the time.
However,
120Hz on 4k is a bit redundant, seeing as hardware can barely push 60FPS now, and thats a very expensive rig to do so.
I wouldnt recommend 4k for some time to come now.

Right now I'm using 2 Geforce GTX 680's and I'm planning on upgrading to 2 Geforce GTX 980's when I get the new display.
Or perhaps something with more Vram, I'm still going through the whole decision phase here.
